Which methods are used in treatment?
Treatment follows the diagnosis. After reading the pulse, the tongue and the overall pattern of your body, Dr. Satamgati chooses the methods that fit your condition, constitution and daily life. Most plans combine two or three of them.
Methods used in practice include:
- Acupuncture
- Moxibustion
- Chinese herbal medicine
- Chinese massage
- Dietary guidance based on TCM
- Qigong exercises for home practice
Why your symptoms may be connected
How Chinese medicine looks at you
Chinese medicine has been practised for more than two thousand years. It sees the body as one system, where organs, emotions, breath and Qi affect each other. That is why people often arrive with several complaints at once:
Tiredness, poor sleep and bloating can come from one pattern. When Dr. Satamgati finds it, treatment works on that pattern, and the complaints can ease together. His medical training in Chișinău and his years at the Kundawell Institute in Beijing mean he understands both your pulse and your test results.
What you get from individual treatment
You leave the first session knowing where you stand: what to change, what to take and what to practise.
Clear diagnosis
Pulse, tongue and image-based diagnosis show where the imbalance lies, without invasive procedures.
Treatment at the root
The plan addresses the pattern behind your symptoms, so several complaints can be worked on together.
Natural methods
Needles, warmth, herbs, food and movement. Each method is chosen for you and explained before it is used.
Support at home
Dietary advice and simple qigong exercises let you continue the work between sessions.

Frequently
Asked Questions
Questions we are often asked
Q1: What happens during the diagnosis?
Dr. Satamgati reads your pulse, looks at your tongue and asks about your health history, sleep, digestion and energy. From this he forms a picture of your condition and explains it to you in plain words.
Q2: Does acupuncture hurt?
The needles are very thin. Most people feel a short prick, then warmth or heaviness at the point. Many people find the treatment relaxing.
Q3: How many sessions will I need?
It depends on your condition and how long it has been present. After the diagnosis you will get an honest estimate and a plan you can follow.
Q4: Can TCM be combined with my current medical treatment?
In most cases, yes. Tell us about any medication you take. TCM does not replace medical care, and Dr. Satamgati will advise you to see your doctor when that is needed.
Q5: How much does it cost?
The first diagnosis costs 60 €. Follow-up treatment depends on the methods used, and you will know the price before you book.
