Meet our founder:
Dr. Nikolai Romasco
My work began where Western medical training met the living wisdom of Eastern healing traditions.
Over the years, I have developed this path into an integrative approach that unites Traditional Chinese Medicine, refined diagnosis, and Zhong Yuan Qigong practice, always seeking to restore balance rather than simply respond to symptoms.

Our commitment
Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) rests on a profound understanding: true health emerges when we live in harmony with the natural rhythms of life. In every treatment, we work to restore balance in body, mind, and spirit, guiding each person back toward the dynamic harmony of yin and yang.
History
Since 1998, Dr. Romasco has devoted himself to Qigong and Taoist traditions, deepening his knowledge through years of practice, travel, and advanced study with Master Xu Mingtang. His path has taken him through retreats in Shaolin, extended pilgrimage and initiatory experiences across China, Nepal, India, and Tibet, as well as intensive training and teaching at Beijing’s Kundawell Institute, together with further study in reflexology and Tibetan medicine. Through these experiences, he developed a holistic approach that bridges the precision of Western medicine with the depth of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
Throught the grace of the Master
A true healer grows through lifelong devotion and inner work. Since 2016, Dr. Romasco has continued this path under the guidance of Paramahamsa Vishwananda, a God-realized Master. This spiritual connection has deepened his healing work, bringing greater compassion, insight, and presence to the way he serves others.

Why choose Satamgati
Rare Diagnostic Insight
A refined approach to diagnosis shaped by TCM principles, Image Therapy, and years of clinical observation.
Root-Cause Treatment
Treatment is designed to address patterns of imbalance, not only the surface of symptoms.
East and West
A background that bridges Western medical training with the depth of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
Healing Beyond the Session
Through Zhong Yuan Qigong, the work can continue in daily life as balance, vitality, and self-regulation are cultivated over time.
Proven success and recognition
Positive Outcomes
Careful diagnosis and sustained treatment can bring meaningful change, even in serious cases. In documented examples, respiratory conditions later showed unexpected improvement under medical imaging, while one long-term liver case progressed toward full recovery through treatment, diet, herbs, and qigong practice.
Client Satisfaction
People come not only for treatment, but to be met as individuals. Each process begins with a full-body assessment, including pulse and tongue examination, and then continues through a personalised plan that may include dietary guidance, herbal support, lifestyle recommendations, and one-to-one consultation.
Commitment to Safety and Confidentiality
This work calls for seriousness, discernment, and care. In one reported case, an initial diagnostic consultation raised concern and prompted further medical imaging, which later confirmed cancer. I’m approaching each case with professional discretion and follow a responsible standard of guidance, especially in sensitive conditions.
