What is a seminar like?
Understanding the format
A lecture is a shorter talk followed by questions. A seminar runs over one or more days and includes guided practice, so you leave with exercises you can continue. Seminars are suitable for:
Dr. Satamgati learned medicine in Chișinău and Chinese medicine in Beijing, where he also taught. He explains old ideas in plain language, with examples from more than 25 years of practice.
Benefits of learning in person
Understanding how the body works in TCM terms helps people make better daily choices about food, rest and movement.
Clear explanations
Qi, yin and yang and the five elements are explained with everyday examples.
Practical exercises
Every seminar includes simple exercises you can repeat at home the next morning.
Room for questions
Time is kept for your questions, so the content meets your own situation.
